Not a call centre. You call and you talk to someone who works here. We'll get the basics (what's going on, where you are, how urgent) and tell you honestly when we can be there. If it's an emergency, we're moving on it.

A technician comes out, finds the problem, and walks you through what it is, what it'll take to fix, and what it'll cost — before any work starts. If it's a bigger project, we'll quote it properly with options.

Our story
Five generations of the same promise.
Hunsingers was started by my great-great-grandfather. It passed to my grandfather, then to my parents Ray and Linda in 1992, and this past February it came to me — the fifth generation to own a piece of this business.
What I grew up around wasn't just a company. It was a way of working: take the call, do the job right, treat the customer like you'll see them at the grocery store next week — because around Fisherville, you will. We wouldn't have lasted a hundred years without the best employees and the best customers. We treat both like family — because most of them already are.

THREE TRADES. ONE COMPANY.
One call handles it all
Residential, commercial, and agricultural — we do the work most companies send to three different crews. Most of our jobs touch more than one trade, and our team is built to handle it without subcontracting out the parts that matter.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Furnaces, AC, boilers, HRVs, water heaters, and ag tube heaters. The call we get most often is the one nobody wants to make — no heat in January, no cool air in August. We're set up for those calls.
Electrical
Panel upgrades, full-house rewires, new construction, and some of the largest poultry barn builds in the region. The work that runs the lights, the fans, the freezers, and increasingly, the standby generator that keeps it all going.
Plumbing
No water, no hot water, broken or frozen lines, failing pumps, and toilets that won't quit running. We handle seasonal cottage opening and closing, and we're getting certified for radon testing and mitigation.
