What started with Dave Hunsinger's great-great-grandfather has grown into one of the most trusted trades companies in the region — and through every generation, the values have stayed the same.
Dave's grandfather ran the business with his father Ray involved from an early age. Ray and Linda Hunsinger took ownership around 1992 and built the company into what it is today — a full-service HVAC, electrical, and plumbing operation serving residential, commercial, and agricultural customers across the region.
In February 2024, Dave Hunsinger became the 5th generation to own a part of Hunsinger's. He grew up around the business, watching the family atmosphere it created with staff and customers alike — and made it his mission to carry that tradition forward.

The People Behind the Work
Behind every job is a team of experienced, licensed professionals who share the same values Dave grew up with. From the technicians on site to the office staff answering your call, every person at Hunsingers is here because they care about getting it right.
THREE TRADES. ONE COMPANY.
One call handles it all
Residential, commercial, and agricultural — we do the work most companies send to three different crews. Most of our jobs touch more than one trade, and our team is built to handle it without subcontracting out the parts that matter.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Furnaces, AC, boilers, HRVs, water heaters, and ag tube heaters. The call we get most often is the one nobody wants to make — no heat in January, no cool air in August. We're set up for those calls.
Electrical
Panel upgrades, full-house rewires, new construction, and some of the largest poultry barn builds in the region. The work that runs the lights, the fans, the freezers, and increasingly, the standby generator that keeps it all going.
Plumbing
No water, no hot water, broken or frozen lines, failing pumps, and toilets that won't quit running. We handle seasonal cottage opening and closing, and we're getting certified for radon testing and mitigation.
